Ford Dealership Image Upgrade

For this project we provided Construction Management services during design and budget development and once the design was completed we entered into a fixed price contract with the owner. As per contract with their supplier, Auto dealers are obligated to upgrade their look periodically. Due to the existing building structure, this project required a free standing structural steel brand wall along with numerous interior and exterior modifications.

Rococo was hired to construct this project under a Construction Management contract. The project includes 11,395 square feet of building space utilizing a pre-engineered steel structure with insulated metal panels for the warehouse and curtain wall structure for the office. The structure foundation is a grade beam supported by steel screw pile with a slab on grade floor. The project included tying into the City services and complete earthworks for the storage yard.
The project includes several unique features including mono stringer steel stairs with glulam treads, glass/aluminum railing, mezzanine floor and an SBS roof with sloped insulation.
